Cancellation Policy

Notification of any alterations or cancellations must be sent by post, facsimile or email to Australian Physiotherapy Association. A full refund of registration fees, less an administration fee of $100 will be paid to any participant cancelling prior to 27 September 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional cost, with prior written notification to Australian Physiotherapy Association.



Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Congress.
The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Conference Secretariat nor the Congress Committee will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.



Social Functions

When registering for the Congress, please ensure you indicate your attendance at the social functions.  You will receive the social function tickets when you pick up your Congress satchel at the registration desk.  If you have not indicated your attendance you will not receive a ticket to that event.

We cannot guarantee tickets will be availble on site.

Additional Tickets

Additional tickets for any of the social functions are available to purchase.  Price is indicated on the registration form and website.  These prices are inclusive of GST.  Please purchase additional tickets when registering to ensure you do not miss out!

• The registration form is a Tax Invoice for GST purposes when payment is made.

• Student Registration: You must be a current full time undergraduate or postgraduate student in physiotherapy to qualify for this reduced rate. 
• Name badges MUST be worn at all times during congress.
• Registration bookings are only valid with written confirmation from National Office (Conference & Events)
• Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the Congress.
