FAI - Where Do We Stand?

Lecture: FAI - Where Do We Stand? Perspectives from research and the surgeon

 

This will be an update on the latest research and summary of what is known to date. Information around the FASHION RCT procedure and how the procedure is developing technically with some clinical insights into the recovery course and physiotherapy.

 

Presenters

Diana Perriman is a physiotherapist and clinical research coordinator at the Trauma & Othopeadic research unit, senior lecturer at ANU Medical School and current ACT Branch president of the APA. 

Alexander Burns is a Canberra Orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in arthroscopic surgery for FAI and is current president of the Hip Joint Preservations Society of Australia.
