Musculoskeletal group reboot

Roy Daniell, APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
7 February 2017

If you’re in the mood for more musculoskeletal activity in 2017, you’re in the right place. After a gap of more than 10 years, the Musculoskeletal group ACT chapter has a new and very enthusiastic committee. We currently have four members and would be very happy for more people to be involved. In 2017, we hope to run an updated Level 1 spinal course, several lectures and clinical case study groups. Keep an eye on your APA newsletters for updates on activities. Or, if you have any suggestions for lecture topics contact either myself or another member of the committee (Adnan Asger Ali, APAM; James Miller, APAM; Michelle Hynd, APAM). We’d love to provide the professional development or relevant meeting topics you want, so let us know via the ACT branch.

   ACT Research Symposium
The ACT Branch Symposium Committee extends a warm invitation to all APA members, physiotherapists and associated colleagues to attend the 2016 Research Symposium. Join us for a day of sharing new research from around Australia.
Physical activity workshop to get patients moving
A workshop on Australia’s physical activity guidelines is intended to get the profession on the same page when it comes to encouraging patients to be active.
