On 22 October the SA Symposium took place, with expert speakers discussing the topic of exercise prescription such as:
  • Professor Paul Hodges, National Health and Medical Research Council Senior Principal Research Fellow at the University of Queensland 
  • Dr David Spurrier, APA Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist and lecturer in clinical application of exercise prescription at the University of South Australia 
  • Kate Beerworth, APA Sports Physiotherapist and head physiotherapist for the Matildas soccer team 
  • Dr Carol Maher, research leader in the Health and Use of Time Group at the University of South Australia
  • Jessica Trengove, physiotherapist and Australian marathon runner at the Rio Olympics
