This month's webinar

In this month's webinar, Taryn Jones presents Improving self-management of physical activity. Improving self-management of physical activity is a particularly vital role for physiotherapists in all clinical areas. The myMoves program developed at Macquarie University has been built around a framework aimed at empowering individuals to build and maintain a physically active life that is right for them.

Taryn’s area of expertise is in managing complex disability resulting from neurological and orthopaedic trauma, particularly those associated with acquired brain injury. In 2012 Taryn commenced her PhD, which has led to the development of myMoves.
